Super Eagles preparations for their pre-Africa Cup of Nations friendly received a boost on Sunday evening as Italian-based midfielders Fisayo Dele-Bashiru and Ebenezer Akinsanmiro arrived in Cairo.

Their arrival brings the number of players in the Super Eagles camp to four as of 7:56 pm, joining goalkeepers Francis Uzoho and Stanley Nwabali, who were among the first to report for duty.

The national team is set to hold its first training session on Monday, giving head coach Eric Chelle the opportunity to begin tactical preparations with the available squad.

Nigeria will face the Pharaohs of Egypt in an international friendly on Tuesday at the Cairo International Stadium.
