The Super Eagles have been compelled to revise both the venue and the start date of their preparations for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
According to information gathered by SCORENigeria, FIFA has issued a new directive stating that clubs can only release players for the tournament beginning on December 15. As a result, the Super Eagles will now open their training camp on December 14, shifting from the earlier planned date of December 10.
In addition to the scheduling change, the team has also altered its training base. Instead of holding camp in Egypt as initially arranged, the squad will now begin their AFCON preparations in Morocco.
