Mamelodi Sundowns are heading to Tunisia with a clear mission – to secure their place in the CAF Champions League semi-finals. Midfielder Marcelo Allende has boldly declared that the South African giants are not traveling merely to defend their slender 1-0 first-leg lead but to claim another win against Esperance de Tunis.

A Narrow Advantage, But a Winning Mentality

The Brazilians carry a slight edge into Tuesday’s second leg after Peter Shalulile’s decisive strike at Loftus Versfeld. However, Allende acknowledges that the job is far from done.

"It was a tough match against a strong opponent, but we’re happy with the win," the Chilean playmaker said. "Now, we’re fully focused on the away leg—our goal is to finish the tie and qualify."
