Sunderland Agree €25m Deal to Sell Eliezer Mayenda to Stade Rennais

Sunderland have reportedly reached an agreement with Ligue 1 side Stade Rennais for the transfer of Eliezer Mayenda in a deal worth around €25 million, including add-ons.

Negotiations between the two clubs are understood to have progressed smoothly, with all major details now agreed. The move will bring an end to Mayenda's three-year spell at the Stadium of Light as he prepares for a new challenge in French football.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has reported that the deal is now complete, with the 21-year-old set to continue his career in Ligue 1.
