Aston Villa was very active in the transfer market this winter, and today the club confirmed another signing.
Details: 18-year-old center-back Yasin Özcan has joined Aston Villa from Turkish side Kasımpaşa.
The Birmingham club paid €8 million, including bonuses, for the transfer.
Özcan will move to his new club in the summer.
A Kasımpaşa academy product, he is considered one of the most talented young central defenders of his generation. This season, Özcan has played 21 matches in the Turkish Süper Lig and has already received his first call-up to the Turkish national team.
