Strand Larsen Exit Opens Door for Nigerian Striker at Molineux

Wolverhampton Wanderers have agreed to sell striker Jorgen Strand Larsen to Crystal Palace in a deal worth £43 million plus £5 million in add-ons. The Norway international is expected to complete a medical at Selhurst Park on Sunday.

Larsen’s departure, after scoring only one Premier League goal this season, could reshape Wolves’ attacking options under Rob Edwards. Wolves are already considering Southampton’s Adam Armstrong as a replacement.

The move is good news for Nigerian forward Tolu Arokodare, who has struggled for regular starts since joining from Genk in a £23.4 million deal. Despite limited minutes, he has scored four times. Wolves also rejected a €15 million Besiktas bid, keeping the “Super Eagle” central to survival hopes.
