NFL star Saquon Barkley has criticized Philadelphia Eagles fans for booing Travis Kelce’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift. The player spoke out in defense of the singer during The Howard Stern Show.

Barkley expressed confusion over the hate that Eagles fans have shown towards Swift, stating that she is simply supporting her boyfriend, which should not be an issue. He also pointed out that Swift is helping boost the NFL's global popularity, something many fans have long wanted.

"We're all about how can we expand the game and make it more international. And we're traveling to Brazil, we're traveling to Mexico, and her being a part of it is only helping that." So, I don't get the dislike that she's given," Barkley emphasized.

Swift faced a wave of backlash and was booed last weekend during the Super Bowl, where the Philadelphia Eagles played against the Kansas City Chiefs, the team her boyfriend Travis Kelce plays for.

Many fans are frustrated with the constant attention given to Swift, as cameras frequently show her at Chiefs games while she supports Kelce.
