There have been persistent rumors surrounding Kylian Mbappé's potential transfer over the past few months.

However, Real Madrid hasn't forgotten about him. The Spanish club remains intent on bringing the star from the French side for the upcoming season, as reported by Sport.fr, indicating an agreement between PSG and Real Madrid.

According to the source, Mbappé is on the verge of joining Real Madrid. The Parisian star and captain of the French national team is close to the La Liga club, with an agreement seemingly reached between the two teams. This suggests that Paris might receive funds as part of the deal, including a signing bonus for Mbappé.

Reportedly, Mbappé would receive an annual salary of €35 million compared to his current €56 million at PSG for this season. This would make Mbappé the highest-paid player at Real Madrid, surpassing the earnings of both David Alaba (€10.8 million) and Toni Kroos (€10.7 million). Additionally, the Frenchman would possess 100% rights to his image, a unique aspect for Real Madrid, potentially causing some surprise within the locker room. Vinicius Junior, earning €10 million, might view Mbappé's arrival as an opportunity to reconsider his terms with the team.

It's worth noting that Kylian Mbappé has been with PSG since 2017, following his transfer from Monaco for €180 million. The 24-year-old forward's contract extends until the end of the current season.
