Stellenbosch FC’s Fawaaz Basadien and Devin Titus are attracting attention from South Africa’s biggest clubs after their impressive displays. The duo played a key role in Stellenbosch’s 2024 Carling Knockout Cup triumph and have continued their fine form this season.

The gifted left-back Basadien has contributed six goals and six assists in 27 games. According to reports, Kaizer Chiefs are eager to sign him. Winger Titus, meanwhile, has made 31 appearances, scoring eight goals and dishing out four assists. He has been associated with the Chiefs, Orlando Pirates, and Mamelodi Sundowns.

Titus is still committed to Stellenbosch for the time being, but he has left the door open for a move. "This team gave me an opportunity when no other club did," he stated. "Once I achieve my goals here, I hope to take the next step in my career."

For now, Titus and Basadien will focus on helping Stellenbosch in the CAF Confederation Cup, the league, and the Nedbank Cup. Their next challenge is a Round of 16 clash against Polokwane City on Thursday.
