Star guest: famous rapper Snoop Dogg attends a Club World Cup match

Popular rapper Snoop Dogg showcased his passion for football by taking to the stands at Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, California, during the Club World Cup clash between Brazil's Botafogo and Spain's Atlético Madrid.
Cameras caught the renowned musician among the crowd. Snoop Dogg made his allegiance clear for all to see, sporting a Botafogo jersey as he stood shoulder to shoulder with the Brazilian club's supporters.
It's worth noting this isn't Snoop's first foray into the world of sports—last year, he traveled to Paris to catch the Olympic Games action and even carried the Olympic torch during the festivities.
However, the rapper's support wasn't enough to secure victory for Botafogo on the night—they fell 1-0 to Atlético. Still, the Brazilian side managed to advance from the group stage, edging out the Spaniards thanks to a superior goal difference.
Now, in the round of 16, Botafogo are set for a showdown with familiar rivals from the Brazilian league—Palmeiras from São Paulo.
