Spent 58 days: Balotelli may soon leave Genoa

Mario Balotelli, who recently signed with Genoa, is struggling for game time at his new club and could be on his way out.

Details: Genoa’s sporting director Ottolini revealed that Balotelli is unhappy with his lack of playing opportunities and is close to leaving the club.

Quote: "Mario wants to play, but there isn’t enough room for him here, so we are looking for a good solution for everyone," he stated.

Note: One of the potential destinations for Balotelli is Serie A club Monza, where he previously played from December 2020 to July 2021, scoring six goals and providing one assist in 14 matches.

Serie B side Bari has also expressed interest and made an offer, but Balotelli is determined to remain in the top division.
