Spain winger made a choice between Barcelona and top Premier League clubs

Before the start of the European Championship, Atletico Bilbao winger Nico Williams had a choice of options to continue his career between Barcelona and top Premier League clubs. And it seems that one of the leaders of the Spanish national team at Euro 2024 has made that choice.
According to Mundo Deportivo, if Williams has to leave Bilbao this summer, he would like to continue his career in the Catalan capital rather than Chelsea and Arsenal, who have also shown interest in the player.
However, all three clubs have one major obstacle in the transfer of the winger. Its name is financial fair-play. Even though Barcelona have expressed their willingness to sign the winger, the club need to register another income to solve all the problems with La Liga.
English clubs also need to sell their players to fit into the rules of financial sustainability and stability.
