Sidny Cabral is close to joining Trabzonspor
Under contract with Benfica until 2030
An agreement is reportedly in place between the Cape Verdean defender and the Turkish club.
Sidny Cabral could continue his career in the Turkish Super Lig. The Cape Verdean international has caught the eye of the 2026 Turkish Cup winners, Trabzonspor. The Turkish club is said to be determined to secure the services of the 23-year-old defender.
Negotiations are said to be at an advanced stage and there is a strong likelihood that Sidny Cabral will move to Turkey. Sources claim that an agreement is already in place. The Cape Verdean international has scored 6 goals and provided 5 assists in Liga Portugal this season whilst playing for Estrela and Benfica. His contract with Benfica runs until 2030.
