"Shut up." Maddison sharply responds to a Tottenham fan's comment

Tottenham hosted Wolverhampton in the Premier League matchday 19 clash and failed to secure a victory, ending in a 2-2 draw.

Spurs fans were far from pleased, as the team has now gone three Premier League matches without a win. One frustrated fan left an angry comment: "Are you kidding? We're in this form, and you're off playing darts? Unacceptable." James Maddison responded directly.

He replied to the fan's comment with: "Shut your mouth," followed by a laughing emoji.

Reminder: Ange Postecoglou's team has failed to win any of their last five home matches. Only one team has a longer winless home streak—second-from-bottom Ipswich, who haven’t won a home game in the Premier League for nine matches.

Previously, Tottenham made unwanted headlines by setting a Premier League record for conceding the first goal in 15 home matches in a single calendar year — a record unmatched by any other team in the competition’s history.
