Sevilla’s Akor Adams Leads Europe in Offside Calls

Sevilla forward Akor Adams has recorded the most offside calls across Europe’s top five leagues this season, with 22, according to Estadio Deportivo. The Nigerian tops names like Moise Kean, Königsdörffer, Evanilson and Bamba Dieng.

Adams has played 13 matches for Sevilla, scoring two goals, with his last strike coming in early October during a 4-1 win over Barcelona. He has now gone seven straight games without scoring but remains crucial to the squad, featuring for the full 90 minutes in Sunday’s 1-1 draw against Valencia.

His 22 offside calls make him the highest in Europe this season. Internationally, Adams has scored twice in four games and is part of Eric Chelle’s provisional 54-man AFCON 2025 squad.
