Several Uruguayan players clashed with Colombian fans


In the Copa America semifinal, Colombia secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Uruguay in a highly emotional match, but the tension continued even after the game.
Initially, a scuffle broke out between the fans of both teams, and a few minutes later, Uruguayan players joined the fray. Notably, Darwin Núñez, Ronald Araújo, José María Giménez, and other players were involved in the altercation. Both sides began throwing drink cans at each other before resorting to physical confrontation.
Fortunately, security personnel intervened before the players, accompanied by their families, returned to the field.
The only goal of the match was scored in the 39th minute by Jefferson Lerma, assisted by James Rodríguez.
Colombia will face Argentina in the Copa America final. The match is scheduled for the early hours of Monday, July 15, starting at 2:00 AM Central European Time.
