For the past six months, legendary defender Sergio Ramos has been without a club, but that is about to change soon.
Details: According to El Chiringuito, Sergio Ramos is very close to signing a contract with Mexican club Monterrey.
The deal is expected to be a six-month contract with an option to extend for one more season.
It has also been reported that Ramos will wear the number 93 jersey at his new club—a tribute to his iconic last-minute goal in the Champions League final against Atlético Madrid.
Reminder: Monterrey will participate in the 2025 Club World Cup. In the group stage, they will face Inter Milan, River Plate, and Urawa Reds.
