Details: According to renowned and reputable journalist and insider Florian Plettenberg on his social media page X, Bayer Leverkusen are currently negotiating with 43-year-old Andoni Iraola, who is still the acting head coach of Bournemouth.

Bayer are reportedly eager to sign a contract with Iraola as soon as possible, since Andoni has received several enticing offers from other clubs.

Iraola took charge of Bournemouth in 2023 and led the "Cherries" to an entirely new level. Under his management, Bournemouth have played 127 matches, recording 48 wins, 38 draws, and 41 losses.

Iraola's contract with Bournemouth expires in a month, so Bayer will not have to pay any compensation.
