Serge Gnabry has been delivering strong performances this season, and Bayern Munich are keen to keep hold of him, having reached an agreement on a new contract.
Details: According to Fabrizio Romano, the two parties have found common ground, with negotiations now at an advanced stage. The new contract is set to run until the summer of 2028, with final details still being ironed out.
We also reported that Bayern and Upamecano have managed to resolve all outstanding issues and reach an agreement on most of the key points, including bonuses and release clauses. The final deal is expected to be announced in the near future.
Bayern went into the winter break as “Christmas champions.” The Munich side have 41 points after 15 rounds and hold a nine-point lead over second place.
