Seny Koumbassa extends his contract with Toulouse FC
The defender, who has Guinean roots, has been rewarded for his performances at the French club.
Having arrived in Toulouse at the age of nine, Seny Koumbassa has continued to improve. He signed his first professional contract in 2025 and subsequently made his Ligue 1 debut. Since then, the 18-year-old defender has continued to impress the club’s management. The Toulouse management have therefore decided to secure his services by sealing his future with a new long-term contract. His new contract runs until June 2030, the French club announced.
Upon renewing his contract, Seny Koumbassa made no secret of his enthusiasm. He expressed his pride at continuing to play in the Toulouse FC shirt.
I’m very happy to be extending my stay here. I’ve been at the club since I was a little boy, so it means a great deal to me. It’s a source of great pride to continue the adventure after my first professional contract. But I know this is only the beginning.
