Olympiacos U-19 emerged as the sensational winner of the UEFA Youth League for the 2023/24 season.

In the decisive match, the Greek team demolished Milan with a score of 3-0. Remarkably, all three goals from Olympiacos came within the span of minutes 60 to 66.

Christos Muzakitis opened the scoring from a penalty kick, followed by Antonis Papakanellos finding the net just a minute later. Then, on the 66th minute, Theofanis Bakoulas sealed the victory with a spectacular bicycle kick.

This marked the first UEFA Youth League final appearance in the history of both teams.

It's worth noting that Olympiacos' senior team did not participate in the Champions League this season, which allowed the U-19 team to enter the UEFA Youth League through the champions path of their respective youth leagues.

Last season, AZ Alkmaar's footballers claimed victory in this tournament.
