Senegal’s women’s team lose their second friendly against Egypt

The Lionesses were defeated following their victory in the first leg as part of their preparations for the African Women’s Nations Cup, which will take place from 25 July to 16 August in Morocco.

The Senegalese women’s team concluded their two-match friendly series against Egypt on Saturday 11 July in Cairo. However, this second match ended in defeat for the Lionesses.

The Egyptians got the better of the Senegalese with a narrow 1-0 victory. Before losing on Saturday, the Senegalese team had beaten the Egyptians 1-0 on 8 July.
