Senegalese Ligue 1: US Goree and Casa Sports cancel each other out

This draw costs Goree its place in the table.

US Goree was unable to capitalise on AJEL Rufisque’s slip-up. Instead, the club paid dearly on matchday 24. Away at Casa Sports, Goree had to settle for a 0-0 draw. The two sides fought a fierce battle right to the end.

Despite the point earned by the visitors, they lost their second place in the league table. Teungueth, victorious over ASC HLM on Saturday, took second place in the table at the expense of US Goree, who drop to third place following Matchday 24.
