The club clinched the title thanks to their victory over Guediawaye FC this Thursday 4 June.

It is a triumph achieved at the end of a season full of suspense. Teungueth had to overtake AJEL Rufisque in the title race to win the 2025-2026 Senegalese championship. They officially clinched the title after beating Guediawaye FC on matchday 30, played on 4 June.

During the 2025–2026 campaign, Teungueth amassed 54 points, scored 21 goals and conceded just six in 30 Senegalese Ligue 1 matches. Thanks to this triumph, Teungueth will represent Senegal in the CAF Champions League next season.

Despite their victory over Generation Foot, AJEL Rufisque missed out on the title. They finished on the same number of points (54) as Teungueth but ended the season in second place in the league.
