Senegalese Ligue 1: Moustapha Fanné signs for Jaraaf
Although it had been reported that he was set to return to his former club, Guédiawaye FC, the Senegalese winger will play for the Dakar-based club for the next two seasons.
Moustapha Fanné has finally chosen to continue his career at Jaraaf following his brief spell at SJK Seinäjoki in Finland. According to dsports, a substantial signing bonus and an attractive salary are said to have played a part in his decision to join the Dakar-based club.
This return to the Senegalese league marks a new chapter in the young winger’s career, as he now looks to make his mark in his new colours. His arrival provides an attacking boost for Jaraaf, who intend to continue their 2026–2027 campaign with greater firepower.
The Dakar-based club began the season with a draw in the league. With the arrival of Moustapha Fanné, Jaraaf hope to have an additional option to energise their attack and improve their performances in the coming fixtures.
Following his spell in Finland, the 20-year-old winger will now have the opportunity to resume his development in the Senegalese top flight, this time in the Jaraaf shirt.
