Senegalese defender Mamadou Sané, African champion with the local Senegal team, has been loaned by Aris Limassol to Belgian club Royal Francs Borains until June.

Sané, who joined Aris last summer with a contract running until 2028, has struggled for playing time with just five league appearances this season. Sané has the chance to get back into shape and get more playing time thanks to the loan transfer.

Prior to relocating to Cyprus, Sané, 20, participated in 25 games across all competitions with Gueidawaye FC. He now wants to advance his career while playing for Royal Francs Borains in the second level of Belgium.
