Senegal’s U17 national team continued their run in Group D on Wednesday 20 May. Facing the young Algerians in their final group stage match, the young Senegalese players dictated the pace of the game.
They beat their opponents 2-1. The victory sees Senegal reach the quarter-finals of the U17 Africa Cup of Nations and qualify for the next World Cup in their age group.
