Details: According to authoritative Italian insider Gianluca Di Marzio, Cesc Fàbregas's contract as Como head coach includes a special release clause. This provision can be activated exclusively by the Spaniard's former clubs — Barcelona, Chelsea or Arsenal — allowing them to bring in the coach for a symbolic fixed fee.

Di Marzio stresses that the Spaniard is taking a highly calculated approach to building his coaching career and is happy with his current project.
