Sébastien Migne is Gabon’s new head coach

The Frenchman has only just parted ways with the Haiti national team

The Gabonese Football Federation officially announced the appointment of the French coach this Wednesday 15 July.

Having been without a head coach since Thierry Mouyouma’s departure, the Gabonese national team now has a head coach. The Gabonese Football Federation has appointed Sébastien Migne to lead the Panthers’ coaching staff.

The appointment of the French coach was made official by FEGAFOOT this 15 July, 24 hours after he stepped down from his role as manager of the Haiti national team, which he had led to the 2026 World Cup. Sébastien Migne arrives in Gabon with a wealth of experience in African football.

He has previously managed Equatorial Guinea, the Republic of the Congo and Kenya. Sébastien Migne has also served as assistant manager in Cameroon, Togo and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
