Seattle Seek Club World Cup Miracle Against PSG in Group B Finale

Seattle Sounders FC will host Paris Saint-Germain on Monday, June 23, at 3:00 p.m. ET (12:00 p.m. PT) in a do-or-die Group B clash at Lumen Field.
As reported by MLSSoccer.com, Seattle are on the brink of elimination after two losses, but a miracle scenario still exists. They must defeat PSG by at least three goals and hope Atlético Madrid fall to Botafogo. Anything less, and they’re out. The Sounders lost narrowly to Botafogo (2-1) and battled hard against Atlético in a 3-1 defeat, with goals from Cristian Roldan and Albert Rusnák highlighting their efforts.
PSG, meanwhile, can secure a Round of 16 spot with a win or draw. Despite suffering a surprising 1-0 loss to Botafogo in their last match, Luis Enrique’s team remains in control. The French giants routed Atlético Madrid 4-0 in their opener and still have the firepower to top the group.
With stars like Vitinha, Hakimi and Kvaratskhelia, PSG are heavily favored. But Seattle will try to channel their underdog spirit and deliver one of the Club World Cup’s biggest upsets on home soil.
