Pitso Mosimane has found himself at the center of a legal dispute involving approximately $75,000 (around 1.25 million rand). According to the Sunday Times, football agent Hamed Ghadiri is seeking payment of a fee from MT Sports Marketing and Management, a company run by the coach's wife, Moira Tlhagale.

According to the agent, in October 2024 the company authorized him to conduct initial negotiations with Iranian club Esteghlal over the appointment of Mosimane and his coaching staff. Ghadiri claims that his work led the club to prepare an offer, after which the South African coach signed a contract.

At the heart of the claim is a commission-sharing agreement. According to Ghadiri, the Iranian club was supposed to pay intermediaries $100,000, of which $75,000 was due directly to him. However, the agent says he never received the promised payment.

Ghadiri is now asking the court to order the disclosure of documents related to the case and bank statements that could help establish the circumstances surrounding the financial transactions. The proceedings are being heard in the High Court of Johannesburg.
