Scandal! Garnacho publicly mocks Manchester United. VIDEO
Garnacho knows all too well what a turbulent departure from Manchester United can look like.
Details: Alejandro Garnacho reposted a TikTok video about the situation surrounding 15-year-old Manchester United talent JJ Gabriel. The clip claimed that Gabriel had received an offer from an unnamed club and was considering it, while the words Where have we seen this before? appeared over footage of the youngster. Garnacho's repost was quickly interpreted as a pointed reference to his own complicated exit from Old Trafford.

The timing makes the gesture particularly striking. On September 15, it was reported that Gabriel had formally asked Manchester United to cancel his registration with immediate effect, which would allow him to become a free agent. The request surprised the club, especially as the teenager had been moving closer to a competitive first-team debut after impressing at youth level.
Garnacho himself left Manchester United for Chelsea in the summer of 2025 in a £40 million transfer after a difficult final period at Old Trafford. In April 2026, the Argentine admitted that he could have handled those final months differently and acknowledged that he had started doing some bad things, although he stressed that he had no problem with the club, his former teammates or the supporters.
It is worth noting that Garnacho is now playing for Aston Villa, who signed him from Chelsea on a season-long loan in July with a conditional obligation to buy. The winger has made three Premier League appearances for Villa this season, playing 34 minutes in total without registering a goal or an assist. During his Manchester United career, he recorded 26 goals in 144 appearances across all competitions.
Reminder: Boom! Real Madrid could sign the new Messi
