Scandal at a nightclub! England striker charged with assault

The Al-Ahli forward is in serious trouble with the police.

Details: Al-Ahli and England striker Ivan Toney has been officially charged with causing bodily harm. London police have concluded their investigation into the incident, which took place at a nightclub in Soho.

According to law enforcement, the incident occurred on December 6 last year. Witnesses claim that a fan approached the footballer, asked for a selfie, and put his arm around Toney’s shoulders. In response, Toney demanded to be released and then allegedly headbutted the fan.

A representative for the player stated that Ivan is shocked by the charges but is confident he will fully clear his name in court. The first hearing for the 30-year-old striker is set for September 24 at Westminster Magistrates’ Court.
