Saudis don't give up! Al Hilal schedules new talks with Chelsea for Pedro Neto
Al Hilal has scheduled new direct talks with Chelsea this week regarding the transfer of Pedro Neto.
Details: According to Fabrizio Romano, the Saudi club has already submitted a financial proposal to the player and his representatives. Sasha Tavolieri reports that the 26-year-old Portuguese winger has reached a full agreement on personal terms and has given the green light for a move to the Saudi Pro League. Chelsea is ready to sell the winger for around €60 million.

Previously, Arsenal and Manchester City were in the hunt for Neto, but both clubs have now dropped out, leaving Al Hilal to move decisively: Simone Inzaghi's side has already splashed out around £60 million this summer on Crysencio Summerville from West Ham. If the transfer goes through, the Portuguese winger will reunite in Riyadh with his former Wolves teammate and national team colleague, Ruben Neves.
For Chelsea, the deal makes sense: the club bought Neto from Wolves in 2024 for £51 million and could recoup nearly the entire sum just two years later. The sale would be another step in Xabi Alonso’s squad overhaul, with Jackson, Enzo, and Badiashile already listed for departure.
