Saudi Pro League or Ligue 1: Ronaldo shares his opinion
Since late 2022, Cristiano Ronaldo has been playing for Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro League. Recently, he shared his thoughts on which is better: Ligue 1 or the Saudi league.
Details: During the 2024 Globe Soccer Awards ceremony, Ronaldo was asked which league he considers superior. According to the Portuguese superstar, the Saudi Pro League is better than the French championship.
Quote: "The Saudi league is, of course, better than Ligue 1. Try running in 38, 39, or 40 degrees, and you'll see. In France, there's only PSG. The rest are finished," Ronaldo stated.
During the same event, Ronaldo was also asked whether he envisions himself as a coach in the future.

Notably, Cristiano Ronaldo chose a true winter wonderland for Christmas instead of sunny beaches. The footballer shared a video on his Instagram where he takes a dip in icy water.
During the holiday, the Ronaldo family enjoyed snowmobiling, skiing, meeting Santa Claus, and simply having fun together.
Reminder: Cristiano continues to compete for the Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr in the national championship. However, his team is currently trailing the league leader by a significant 11 points.
