Last year, Barcelona successfully negotiated with a Saudi Arabian club for the transfer of one of its players. Franck Kessié moved to Al-Ahli for €12.5 million. However, this year, many more players might depart from the Catalan club for the Middle East.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Saudi Arabian clubs are keen on signing up to six Barcelona players. The latest news involved Jules Koundé, as reported yesterday. Barcelona is willing to part with the player to improve its financial situation, with scouts from Al-Ittihad, particularly former Barcelona sporting director Ramon Planes, monitoring the situation closely.

There has also been interest in Robert Lewandowski, Marc-André ter Stegen, and Raphinha. The Brazilian, however, has expressed a desire to return to England and play for a Premier League club.

Another player is Clément Lenglet, whom Barcelona is actively trying to sell. He has been on loan to Premier League clubs for two consecutive years, but no permanent transfer has materialized. The Frenchman is not interested in moving to Saudi Arabia and prefers to continue his career in Europe, possibly on another loan.

Lastly, there is news about João Félix, whose contract belongs to Atlético Madrid, but who played for Barcelona last season. It is believed that Atlético is negotiating with Barcelona to extend his loan, but if the terms are not agreed upon and the deal falls through, he might head to Saudi Arabia to join his national teammates Cristiano Ronaldo and Rúben Neves.
