Satellite of club Chelsea, who play in Ligue 1, have announced the name of their head coach

Less than a month before the start of the 2024/25 Ligue 1 season, Strasbourg has finally decided on the name of their new head coach.

Replacing the dismissed Patrick Vieira, Strasbourg will be managed by English coach Liam Rosenior. The 40-year-old specialist has signed a contract with Strasbourg until the summer of 2027.

Since November 2022, Rosenior has successfully managed Hull City, finishing in seventh place in the Championship last season.

Strasbourg is a satellite club of Chelsea, also owned by the BlueCo company, which owns the London club.

Last season, Strasbourg finished in only 13th place in Ligue 1.
