Sami Trabelsi could soon be back in action. Since leaving the coaching staff of the Tunisian national team in January 2026, the Tunisian tactician has not yet taken charge of a team. However, he is reportedly close to joining a club in the Moroccan league.
Wydad Casablanca are said to be keen to appoint Sami Trabelsi as their new manager. Negotiations are reportedly underway and have reached an advanced stage. The two parties are said to be close to reaching an agreement. If the talks are successful, Trabelsi would be taking the helm of a Moroccan league club for the first time.
