Salif Simporé Completes Loan Move to FC ŠTK 1914 Šamorín

Burkinabé winger Salif Simporé has joined FC ŠTK 1914 Šamorín on loan from Real du Faso, with the agreement set to run until the end of the season and including an option for a permanent transfer.

The Slovak second-division side confirmed the signing via its official platforms as the club continues to strengthen its squad.

Speaking on the club’s official website, a representative explained the thinking behind Simporé’s signing and what the club hopes he will bring to the squad.

“We identified Salif at the end of last year and tried to bring him in during the winter transfer window, as we are aware that it is not easy for young players from Africa to immediately adapt to European football and establish themselves there. Nevertheless, he is already showing during preseason what we expect from him, namely to strengthen the competition on the wings, including for seasons to come.”
