Salah Set for Nigeria Friendly Despite Liverpool Issues

Mohamed Salah has been included in Egypt’s squad for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations and is expected to play in the friendly against Nigeria, despite problems at Liverpool. Reports say he will join the national team camp on December 15.

The forward is out of favour under manager Arne Slot and has not started Liverpool’s last three Premier League games. He was left out of the Champions League match against Inter Milan, increasing speculation over his future. Talks have taken place, but it is unclear if he will start. Reports link him with Bayern Munich.

Salah has made 109 appearances for Egypt so far.
