On Tuesday, May 28, Aryna Sabalenka, the world No. 2, began her campaign at Roland Garros. Her first opponent was Erika Andreeva, ranked 100th in the world.

Sabalenka dominated the match with confidence, facing no problems against her opponent. She took the first set in just 27 minutes, winning it 6-1. She continued her dominance in the second set, claiming it 6-2.

As a result, Sabalenka defeated Andreeva 2-0 and advanced to the next round of Roland Garros, where she will face the winner of the Burillo Escorihuela/Uchijima match.
