Royal AM sale collapsed: what's the story?

While the club's fans were waiting for good news about the sale of the club and waiting for a better future administratively and financially for their favorite team, but PSL had another decision to stand in front of the sale of the club to the famous businessman Chocalingam Moodley, who was about to make a tempting offer worth R20 million, but PSL's Executive Committee stopped the deal from happening.
The news indicates that the executive body suspended the process due to the worker's association with high-level scandals such as the seizure of the state financially in many cases, in addition to many other corruption cases as well.
For example, his leading company Royal Security received a contract worth R282 million in 2023 from the DA-led Western Cape provincial government, so the executive body found it necessary to stop this purchase.
Problems are getting worse for Royal AM after this decision, after the team's fans argued that hope is coming soon to get out of this difficult situation, since last November the South African Revenue Service has confiscated the assets of the club's owner, Shauwn Mkhize.
