Rosenior does not hide the lack of discipline within the squad

Chelsea were beaten by Arsenal in their last outing and received yet another red card — not the first this season. The Blues’ head coach is not shying away from addressing the issue.

Details: According to Jacob Steinberg of The Guardian, unlike Enzo Maresca, Liam Rosenior does not conceal the fact that his team have disciplinary problems. Chelsea’s directors are satisfied that the manager is being transparent and speaking openly about it in the press.

Rosenior has also stressed that if Chelsea fail to qualify for the Champions League next season, dismissals resulting from a lack of discipline will be one of the main reasons why.

In Matchday 29 of the English Premier League, Aston Villa will host Chelsea on Wednesday, March 4, with kick-off set for 20:30 CET.

Reminder: Ahead of the Premier League Matchday 29 clash against Aston Villa, Chelsea head coach Liam Rosenior provided an update on the injury status of the team’s leader, Cole Palmer.
