Roma will attempt to bring Giacomo Raspadori back to Serie A
Atlético are open to letting go of the player who joined the squad in August this year.
Details: According to renowned and reputable journalist and insider Ekrem Konur, Roma are considering a move for 25-year-old Italian striker Giacomo Raspadori from Atlético Madrid.
It is reported that Roma’s head coach Gian Piero Gasperini personally wants Raspadori in his team, as he has been following the player since his days at Atalanta.
In Madrid, they are not against letting the player go, but the "Colchoneros" want to recoup the €22 million and €4 million in bonuses they paid Napoli for him this summer.
This season, Raspadori has played only 12 matches for Atlético, scoring 1 goal and providing 2 assists. His contract with Atlético runs until 2030, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €22 million.
