Rodrigo to miss match against Girona. 17-year-old Yañez named in Real squad for the first time

Brazilian winger of Real Madrid, Rodrygo Goes, has been struggling with muscle injuries throughout the current season.

Details: According to AS, the Brazilian is experiencing discomfort in his left thigh. As a result, the talented player will not be able to help the "Blancos" in today's La Liga match against Girona.

It is expected that in place of Rodrygo, 17-year-old winger Dani Yañez will be included in the squad. This will be his debut inclusion in the La Liga matchday squad.

Reminder: This is the third time this season that Rodrygo has faced muscle issues, causing him to miss games. So far in the current campaign, the player has scored 3 goals and provided 2 assists in 17 matches across all competitions.

Earlier, it was reported that Real Madrid could swap Rodrygo for Diogo Dalot from Manchester United.
