It appears that all the formalities have been finalised for the Algerian forward’s signing.
Riyad Mahrez has been a free agent since his contract with Al Ahli in the Saudi Pro League expired. But the Algerian international is not expected to remain without a club for long.
He is set to rejoin a team he played for a few years ago. Indeed, according to Fabrizio Romano, Riyad Mahrez is set to join Le Havre AC in France’s Ligue 1.
All the paperwork is reportedly signed, and all that remains is for the Algerian’s transfer to be made official. Riyad Mahrez played for Le Havre AC between 2010 and 2012 before joining Leicester City in England.
