Details: Today it was reported that 21-year-old French winger Kenzo Kies, who played for Guingamp, has passed away.
According to reports, Kenzo drowned while swimming with friends in the Rhône river. Initially, he was resuscitated, but later it was confirmed that Kenzo Kies had died as a result of brain death.
Kenzo Kies was a product of the Saint-Étienne academy. He progressed through the club's youth system and last summer joined Guingamp's reserve team as a free agent.
Kenzo managed to play just four matches for Guingamp, scoring one goal.
