Reunion with a former coach? PSG offer Liverpool one of their defenders

Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain are discussing potential transfer business this summer, with one of the French side's central defenders emerging as a possible target.

Details: According to Wilson Cox LFC, PSG have offered Liverpool three players: Illia Zabarnyi, Lucas Beraldo and Warren Zaïre-Emery. The trio has reportedly been part of ongoing discussions between the two clubs.

However, PSG's most concrete proposal concerns Zabarnyi, with the French champions offering the Ukrainian defender on loan with an option to buy for around £57 million.

Liverpool, though, currently have other priorities in the transfer market. As previously reported, the Reds are in talks with AFC Bournemouth over a potential move for 22-year-old English midfielder Alex Scott.

Reminder: Despite firm denials from the long-time agent of Jürgen Klopp, Saudi side Al-Ittihad continue to pursue the legendary German coach with determination.
