It’s reported that Dinamo Zagreb dreams of welcoming Modric back home to finish his truly legendary career where it all began.
However, Luka has made it clear he has no plans to leave Milan and is already in talks with the Rossoneri’s management regarding a contract extension, despite being 40 years old.
According to sources, negotiations between Milan and Modric over a new deal are in their final stages and an official announcement is expected next month.
Modric joined Milan in the summer of 2025 as a free agent after leaving Real Madrid. Since then, Luka has established himself as a key figure for the Rossoneri, playing 32 matches, scoring 2 goals, and providing 3 assists. His current contract with Milan runs until the summer of 2026, and his market value is estimated at €4 million by Transfermarkt.
