It seems Mancini isn't eager to return as head coach of the national team.
Details: In a recent interview, 61-year-old Al Sadd manager Roberto Mancini addressed a journalist's question regarding rumors about his possible comeback as Italy's national team head coach.
Roberto avoided a direct answer, further fueling fans' curiosity about the topic:
"My return to the Italy job? Next question… In recent years, Italy has won more than Germany. The young player who impressed me the most is Palestra. Cancelleri also has excellent qualities, but he doesn't get much attention. Malagò as a suitable candidate for FIGC? I don't know…"
Mancini already led the Azzurri from 2018 to 2023. He managed 61 matches at the helm, recording 39 wins, 13 draws, and 9 losses. His main achievement as Italy's head coach was winning Euro 2020.
